Beautiful. Went to this and the Botanic Garden next door in the same day and would highly suggest the Dixon gallery and garden if you had to pick one. They had a free tour of the gallery given by a very knowledgeable docent. The center pieces were wonderfully made using fresh flowers from the garden. Definitely worth the admission price (not that it's expensive).

Wonderful museum. We were there for the "Contemplating Character" exhibit and it was fascinating. We were also lucky enough to be there for their "food truck Friday" and ate in the gardens. Highly recommended.

We never fail to enjoy our visits to Dixon Gallery & Gardens! The exhibits are always wonderful and a walk through the gardens and the grounds is always a balm to the soul. We are always amazed that such a perfect gem is tucked away in the middle of our city!

Every day is a beautiful day at the Dixon! Stroll through the gardens and visit the museum. Be sure to notice the live bouquets arranged with flowers from their very own cutting garden!

Great way to spend an hour or so! There seemed to be 3 major art exhibits available in early June. Portraits, pewter objects, and Impressionist art. I wasn't a big fan of portraits or pewter, but the rest of the paintings were lovely. The odd part was that the oil paintings were in areas with plenty of reflective light. Outside, there was an athletic event going on that we didn't find but could hear through the trees. Gorgeous gardens with trellis, plenty of chairs with matching tables and good walking others. A greenhouse was near the unique fountain. I didn't visit the gift shop or coffee shop. BoA, MOU participant
