About the Fest

A full day of events and activities the whole family will enjoy while celebrating the fall harvest and the scenic Hatchie River.

On the square, in historic downtown Brownsville, the festival is held annually on the third Saturday in October. This family-oriented event offers all day Live Music featuring local and regional artist, as well as Kids Games, Arts and Crafts, Sidewalk Sales & More!

Admission to the Hatchie Fall Fest and most activities are FREE. This is due in part to the Tennessee Arts Commission, the City of Brownsville and our other generous sponsors.

We welcome visitors and encourage hometown folks to join us for this day of fun. Offering something for every age group, from pie baking to rock climbing, the Hatchie Fall Fest committee works hard all year to present a superior event.

Over 3,000 festivalgoers enjoyed music, games and arts and crafts vendors from around the country during the 2006 festival.

Brownsville is known for it's bluesmen, but also has an abundance of talent in all genre. We strive to highlight this talent within our community and also feature more well-known area artists.
