In order to guarantee the safety of patrons and dogs who visit the PetSafe Way Dog Park our policy will be to close the park whenever there is a buildup of ice on the pond inside the park. This policy is necessary in order to eliminate the possibility of a patron or a dog from falling through the ice.

PetSafe introduced the first public dog park to Knoxville. The main park includes the following people- and pet-friendly features:
